EVENT REFUND POLICY
We understand sometimes things happen and a request for funds may be needed, however, please note, if you need a full refund a request must be submitted by July 31, 2026. If you request a refund after July 31, 2026 we will only be permitted to return 50% of the registration fee; and if your request is made after September 1, 2026, we will not be able to reimburse you.
